Registration requires an email address, password, and the on-page verification code. Neither the password nor the image code proves ownership of the email address, so accounts must not be used for sensitive, private, paid, or administrative activity. Do not register an email address that you are not permitted to use.

Keep your password private, use a password you do not use elsewhere, and sign out on shared devices. Password recovery by email is not currently available. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove accounts and sessions that appear automated, abusive, or harmful to the service.

Dog profiles are preference shortcuts for product discovery, not veterinary records. Do not enter health, medication, precise-location, or other sensitive information in the dog-name field. You may keep up to five dog profiles, 100 saved products, and 20 recent comparisons. These limits and available personalization fields may change as the service develops.

Guest personalization may be stored only in the browser. Signing in attempts to sync supported guest data to the account. Items over an account limit remain in the browser until you remove them or space becomes available. You may clear personalization without deleting the account.

We aim to preserve accurate source trails but cannot guarantee that every external page, formula, recall status, or product remains unchanged. Features may be corrected, changed, or removed during development.
